At Chemist Warehouse Optometry, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase, you can return your frames within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Eyewear

  Place the frames in their original protective case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity certificates are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
